Alert! - Nautical Institute's Human Element Bulletin
Of particular interest to us is issue #18. This issue has at its core the mantra, "Look after your people ...and they will look after you", and contains a valuable reminder to shipping company management that it is they who hold the keys to the employment of well motivated, highly skilled and productive people. It's the key component to making a positive difference aboard ship.
